One Flower Wednesdays

Happy New Year from Boo and Me!

The dark orange fabric reminded me of fireworks for the new year and I tried the strips 2 different ways.

I'll be on holidays for the next 4 One Flower Wednesday's. I might take my sewing kit with me and post from the road.

Going to Arizona with my husband. Will be a welcome change from the cold weather, although it wasn't too cold over  Christmas, but -15C and snow today.

I hope everyone had a wonderfully Merry Christmas and will have a Happy New Year.

Pretty flowers, Birdie, interesting the different effects from changing the stripes. Have a great holiday in Arizona, and a Happy New year.

I really like your flowers. Nice to see the difference in using the stripes in another direction. (Your cat agrees, I think..).
Have a nice trip to Arizona and I wish you all the best for 2011!
And thanks for the tip about using drier softener sheets. (Why didn't I think of it myself??)

Boo is adorable! And your flowers are so "sunny". You should be able to find much of that in Arizona depending on where. (Most of my family lives there, in and around Phoenix.) Have a great time and I hope you do get to post from the road!

Your flowers are beautiful. Safe travels and I hope you enjoy the warmer Arizona weather - without too much rain.

Love the orange - but I'm fond of oranges.
